Paris-Charles de Gaulle transfers by car, van and coach
Charles de Gaulle is about 30 km from central Paris, 45-75 minutes by road. Pre-booked chauffeurs and coach operators work from the Parking Pro at each terminal, and the Paris coach rules decide where a group is finally set down.

Paris Aéroport keeps a Parking Pro for pre-booked passenger transport at T1, 2ABCD, 2EF, 2G and T3. The driver waits beside the terminal your flight uses, not at a shared rank. Terminal 2 alone runs from hall 2A to 2G, so give the operator the exact hall. "Terminal 2" on its own can leave the greeter and the vehicle a long walk apart.

Delegates landing at three different terminals
Conference groups often arrive on several airlines within the same hour. The CDGVAL shuttle train links T1, T3/Roissypôle and T2, so the tidiest plan is one gathering terminal and one coach, with everyone else riding CDGVAL to it. Name that terminal on the request and tell travellers before they fly. If arrivals spread over several hours, two smaller vehicles usually beat one coach held for the last flight.
The Paris end: PASS Autocar zones and the A86 ZFE
Coach parking in Paris is paid at all hours and requires a PASS Autocar, sold for a central zone (1st-11th arrondissements and Étoile) and a peripheral zone (12th-20th). Tourist coaches have been barred from central Paris since 2024, so a hotel near the Opéra may mean a set-down at one of the 56 on-street coach bays and a short walk with luggage.
Inside the A86, Crit'Air 3, 4, 5 and unclassified coaches are banned 08:00-20:00 every day. The operator supplies a vehicle with a compliant sticker; the permit and parking costs sit inside the quote rather than appearing on the day.
Chauffeur cars and executive vans
One to three travellers fit an executive car; up to eight, an executive van. Both use the same Parking Pro and avoid the coach-bay question at the hotel. Exhibitors bound for Paris Nord Villepinte, one RER stop from the airport, can be driven straight to the halls instead of into the city.

Pre-booked coaches wait and greet from the Parking Pro serving each terminal. The operator names the one that matches your terminal and hall.
Our hotel is by the Louvre. Can the coach stop at the door?
Not usually. Tourist coaches are barred from central Paris, and the Louvre coach car park is reached via the western quays only. Expect a permitted bay and a short walk.
What happens if the flight lands late?
Waiting time is one of the things that shapes a quote. How a longer delay is handled depends on the operator, and those terms are written on the quote before you accept.
Can part of the group take the train?
The RER B and TGV station is at Terminal 2. Some organisers send luggage and slower walkers by road and let the rest go by rail.
