Airport transfers start with the airport's own rules
No two airports treat a pre-booked vehicle the same way. At Paris-Charles de Gaulle, chauffeur and coach operators wait at the Parking Pro serving each terminal. At Rome Fiumicino, coaches load at stands 20-26 by exit 6 of Terminal 3. At Berlin Brandenburg, terminal pick-up zones stop at 3.5 tonnes, so coaches work from Bus Stop B across from Terminal 1.
So the brief names the terminal, the flight and the headcount. The operator plans the meeting point around that airport's arrangement, and the group walks the shortest route to it.
Chauffeur service and executive car hire for principals
An executive car carries one to three passengers with meet-and-greet at arrivals. An executive van of the V-Class type takes up to eight, for a board party or a roadshow day with several stops. Use them for the people who cannot ride the group coach: the CEO landing ahead of the delegation, a keynote speaker, a client arriving on a different flight. Specify the name for the board, the bag count and whether the car holds between meetings.
Group transport and corporate coach hire for events
Full-size coaches seat 49-57, midi coaches 29-35 and minibuses 16-19. Conference shuttles to Fira Gran Via, IFEMA, RAI Amsterdam or Messe München are sized by wave, not by total delegates. Multi-day programmes are built around the driver's daily rest of at least 11 hours, which decides how late a gala return can run before the next morning's shuttle.
Where city timings fail
Coaches in Rome need ZTL BUS permits, sold online only since 1 January 2026. Amsterdam requires an exemption for coaches over 7.5 tonnes inside the S100 ring. Vienna has barred coaches from the Innere Stadt since 2014. A Barcelona Zona Bus stop lasts ten minutes at most. Each city page sets out what to secure, and when, before the group arrives.

No. Europe Coach Hire is a booking platform. Licensed, insured partner operators own the vehicles and employ the drivers; we match your brief to them and return their quotes.
Can an executive car and a coach meet the same arrival?
Yes. Request both on one brief and say who travels in which. Each vehicle is priced in full with its driver, so you see the split before accepting.
What moves a quote up or down?
Date, hours, distance and vehicle class, plus city permits, parking, tolls and any waiting time. The site carries no price list because those inputs differ on every trip.
When is payment taken?
Only after you accept a quote. Cancellation terms vary by operator and vehicle and are printed on the quote itself.
