Congresses, trade fairs and incentive trips run to timings that everyone notices when they slip. We arrange coaches, vans and chauffeur cars with licensed partner operators, planned around each venue's coach rules and the driver's legal hours.
Plan the run-sheet around driver rest
A three-day congress with 07:00 hotel shuttles and a gala return at midnight is where driver rules bite. If one coach covers both ends of the day, the required overnight rest may not fit, and the operator adds a second driver or a second vehicle. Send the full programme at the start; a quote built on the real schedule does not shift on day two.

Venues with their own coach arrangements
Fira Gran Via, home of MWC Barcelona, is in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, and every delegate shuttle through Barcelona of nine seats or more carries a daily Zona Bus permit. IFEMA Madrid is near Barajas airport. Messe München's coaches park at the Messestadt-Ost P+R. Amsterdam's RAI has coach stop H40 nearby, useful because the S100 ring keeps heavy coaches out of the centre. In Berlin, ZOB faces the Messe grounds.
Coaches for delegates, cars for speakers
Most events need more than one vehicle type. Full-size coaches of 49-57 seats move delegates between hotels and halls; midi coaches of 29-35 suit dinners and site visits; executive cars and vans carry speakers on their own timings. One request covers all of them, with each vehicle as its own line so you can add or drop one.
Loops or fixed departures
A continuous hotel-to-venue loop suits a fair with staggered arrivals; fixed departures suit a 09:00 plenary. Loops need enough vehicles to keep intervals short, and each driver still takes the required breaks, so a single-vehicle loop has gaps built in.

Can one driver cover an early shuttle and a late dinner?
Often not on the same day. Rest rules may call for a second driver or vehicle, and the operator plans for it.
Do you arrange transport for MWC Barcelona?
Yes. MWC runs 1-4 March 2027 at Fira Gran Via. Vehicle demand that week is high, so request early.
