Copenhagen Airport transfers: everyone out through Terminal 3

All arrivals exit at Terminal 3
Terminal 1 is mainly domestic, and Terminals 2 and 3 handle the rest, but all arriving passengers exit through the Terminal 3 arrivals hall after customs. That is where chauffeurs and group hosts wait. Cars and vans pick up and drop off at the Terminal 3 forecourt.

Coach stops outside Terminal 3 and Terminal 2
Coach stops are outside Terminal 3 and Terminal 2. The operator states which stop is used in the booking. With everyone exiting at T3, the walk to a coach is short whichever stop applies. For a group arriving on several flights, the single exit also means one host can collect everybody at one spot, however many airlines are involved.
The environmental zone: Euro VI or a particle filter
Copenhagen and Frederiksberg run an environmental zone where diesel buses need Euro VI or a particle filter. The rules apply equally to foreign vehicles and are enforced by number-plate cameras. Since 1 March 2025 the Copenhagen zone reaches the Tårnby municipal boundary. For an operator coming in from Sweden or Germany, compliance is worth confirming on the quote.
Where a coach can wait in the city
From 07:00 to 19:00, buses may park like cars; from 19:00 to 07:00, only on signed heavy-vehicle spaces. Many tourist-bus spaces are for drop-off and pick-up only. An evening arrival therefore needs an overnight plan for the coach, not just a hotel drop-off; the operator arranges it, but it affects timing. If the same coach is booked for a morning start, say so, because where it spends the night decides how early it can be at the hotel.
Cruise quays, Bella Center and Malmö
Cruise ships berth at Oceankaj in Nordhavn, Langelinie and Nordre Toldbod, 15-20 km from the airport and 25-40 minutes. Bella Center in Ørestad is the main congress venue. Malmö is about 40 km via the Øresund Bridge.

Metro M2 reaches the city centre in about 13-15 minutes. A vehicle makes more sense with luggage or a large group.
Does a Swedish coach need to meet Danish rules?
Yes. The environmental zone applies equally to foreign vehicles, and cameras read every plate.
Can we go straight to a cruise ship?
Yes. Oceankaj, Langelinie and Nordre Toldbod are 25-40 minutes from the airport. Parking at Langelinie and Nordre Toldbod is short-term only, so timing matters.
