No published meeting point, so the booking sets one
ANA Aeroportos de Portugal does not publish an official coach or chauffeur meeting point at Lisbon. The operator decides the pickup location for your terminal and writes it into the confirmation. That note is the plan: share it with the group leader, anyone flying separately and the hotel if it is helping. If the terminal changes, tell the operator so the location changes with it.

Lisbon has two terminals. Check which one your airline uses before the meeting location is fixed; the vehicle is positioned for one terminal, and a party split across both needs a single gathering place agreed beforehand.
Car, van or coach for a 7 km run
With a 15-30 minute drive, vehicle size matters more than speed. An executive car suits one to three travellers and an executive van up to eight. Groups of 16-19 fit a minibus with a rear luggage compartment; beyond that, a midi coach or a full-size coach with underfloor bays. Central hotels are often easier to serve with the smaller of two workable vehicles.
Lisbon's ZER: Euro standards by zone
Lisbon's reduced-emission zone runs on weekdays 07:00-21:00. Zone 1, covering Avenida da Liberdade and the Baixa, requires Euro 3 or newer. Zone 2, the wider area inside Avenida Ceuta and the Eixo Norte-Sul, requires Euro 2 or newer. A modern coach meets both, but confirm it on the quote if the hotel is on Avenida da Liberdade or near Praça do Comércio.
Airport to cruise terminal, Sintra or Fátima
The main cruise terminals near Alfama and Santa Apolónia are about 9 km from the airport, 15-30 minutes. Groups also go straight to Sintra or Cascais, each about 30 km from Lisbon, or to Óbidos (about 85 km) and Fátima (about 130 km). For a pilgrimage group, heading to Fátima directly from arrivals saves a hotel stop.
