Berlin airport transfers, chauffeur service and group transport
Berlin's coach rules are short. The two that catch groups out sit at the airport kerb and at the Umweltzone boundary.
BER: cars at the terminal, coaches at Bus Stop B
Terminal pick-up zones are limited to vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. Chauffeur cars meet on the arrivals level in front of Terminal 1; coaches use Bus Stop B opposite, about 400 m (three minutes) from T1 and 600 m (seven minutes) from T2. Tell a T2 group about the walk before they collect bags. The centre is about 27 km, 40-60 minutes.
Umweltzone: green sticker, foreign plates included
The Umweltzone covers about 88 km² inside the S-Bahn ring and requires a green sticker. Coaches registered abroad need one too. On a multi-city tour arriving from Prague or Dresden, confirm the sticker before the coach reaches the ring. Ask for it on the quote rather than at the roadside.

ZOB and signed coach parking
The main coach hub is ZOB, the Central Coach Station opposite the exhibition centre. Signed coach parking serves Hauptbahnhof, Zoo station, Brandenburg Gate, Olympiastadion and Charlottenburg Palace. The Reichstag dome needs advance registration, so the coach timing follows the registration slot.
Messe, Olympiastadion and day trips
Messe Berlin and CityCube face ZOB, which keeps trade-fair shuttles short; Messe/Westend hotels shorten them further. The Olympiastadion hosts Hertha BSC and the DFB-Pokal final, and has signed coach parking. Uber Arena takes Eisbären, ALBA and concerts. Potsdam and Sanssouci are 40-60 minutes out, the Sachsenhausen Memorial 45-60, the Spreewald 1-1.5 hours.
Dresden is 2-2.5 hours by road. A Berlin, Dresden and Prague sequence crosses into the Czech Republic, so it runs under a Community licence with a journey form on board, and driver rest periods set the pace between stops.
Chauffeur service at BER: the kerb advantage
An executive car or van comfortably under 3.5 tonnes can use the terminal pick-up zones, while coaches cannot. For a principal on a late flight, that removes the 600 m walk from Terminal 2 to Bus Stop B. Put the executive arrivals on separate lines of the brief, each with flight and terminal, so the car is at the right hall.

Can a minibus collect at the BER terminal kerb?
Only if it weighs 3.5 tonnes or less. Heavier vehicles use Bus Stop B.

Yes. Coaches registered abroad need it to enter the Umweltzone.
How far is Bus Stop B from Terminal 2?
