Seats and configurations
The Mercedes-Benz V-Class seats a maximum of eight occupants. Seating is configurable, with benches, separate seats or luxury seats depending on the vehicle, so a team can ask for a layout that suits working on the move. Bags go behind the last row, and with all rows occupied there is less room back there, so eight passengers with eight large cases may need a second vehicle or a minibus.

Airport pickups a coach cannot make
At several airports the rules favour smaller vehicles. At Berlin Brandenburg, only vehicles within the 3.5-tonne limit may use the terminal kerb, so a van collects in front of Terminal 1 while coach passengers walk to Bus Stop B. At Nice, chauffeur pickup is at the T1 professional parking or the T2 bus station entrances A3/A4. At Charles de Gaulle, the Parking Pro at each terminal serves pre-booked vans and cars alike.
Roadshows and multi-stop days
A roadshow runs to a tight chain of meetings. A van with a driver waits between them, holds bags and materials, and keeps the team together, so nobody hunts for a taxi between appointments. City rules that still apply to vans
Small vehicles escape most coach restrictions, but not all. Dubrovnik's Bus Web Shop covers 7+1 and 8+1 seat vehicles. Madrid's ZBE bans every vehicle without a DGT environmental label.
