Where coaches may wait, and where they may not
Barcelona permits drop-off for passengers and luggage but prohibits parking at the terminals. Venice admits only ships up to 25,000 GT at Marittima and San Basilio; larger ships use Fusina or Porto Marghera, and Fusina has an authorised coach car park. Piraeus has an open coach parking area near the cruise terminal. In Copenhagen, Langelinie and Nordre Toldbod offer only limited short-term parking.

Civitavecchia is about 60 km from Fiumicino, 40-60 minutes by road; Lisbon's terminals about 9 km from the airport. Cross-border port transfers run as international occasional services under a journey form.
