Barcelona airport transfers, chauffeur service and group transport
Barcelona runs coach access on reservations. Zona Bus 4.0 went live on 26 January 2026, and every landmark stop is booked ahead.
El Prat: two terminals, separate coach docks
Meeting points are on Floor 1 of the T1 arrivals hall and Floor 0 of the T2B arrivals hall. Group coaches use T1 Floor 0 Arrivals, T2A docks 1-10 and 41-51, or T2C docks 21-33. Put the terminal in the brief so the coach is on the right dock. The centre is about 15 km, 25-45 minutes.
Zona Bus 4.0: daily permit plus booked stops
Vehicles with nine or more seats, driver included, need a daily Zona Bus permit. That catches minibuses as well as coaches. Stops at Sagrada Família, Park Güell, La Pedrera, Sant Pau and MNAC need advance booking. Drivers log arrival and exit on the SPRO app, and a Zona Bus stop may last up to ten minutes.
Ten minutes for 50 people means bags stay aboard and the group is briefed before the doors open. Park Güell coach parking is via Carretera del Carmel, by reservation only.

ZBE Rondes: Euro 4 on weekdays
On weekdays from 07:00 to 20:00, buses and coaches inside the ZBE Rondes must be Euro 4 or newer. Ask for the Euro class on the quote for any weekday transfer or sightseeing run.
Fira Gran Via, CCIB and the cruise quay
Fira Gran Via, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, hosts MWC Barcelona on 1-4 March 2027; the Plaça Espanya corridor keeps shuttle runs short. CCIB is at Diagonal Mar. Cruise terminals are on the Adossat quay plus WTCB; drop-off is allowed, parking at terminals is not. Montserrat is 1-1.25 hours out, Sitges 40-50 minutes.
Executive cars below the Zona Bus threshold
Zona Bus starts at nine seats, so an executive car carrying one to three passengers sits outside it. During MWC week that matters: principals can move between hotel, Fira Gran Via and client dinners without booked stops, while the delegation travels by coach on the reserved slots. Specify both in one brief so the timings line up.

When should MWC transport be booked?
As soon as delegate numbers are firm. MWC runs 1-4 March 2027, and every exhibitor wants vehicles on the same mornings.
Does a small van need a Zona Bus permit?
The permit applies from nine seats including the driver. Below that it does not; check the seat count on the quote.
How long can the coach stop at Sagrada Família?
A booked Zona Bus stop lasts up to ten minutes, logged through the SPRO app.
Can the coach wait at the cruise terminal?
No. Drop-off for passengers and luggage is allowed; parking at the terminals is prohibited.
