CDG and Orly: where pre-booked vehicles wait

At Paris-Charles de Gaulle, pre-booked chauffeur and coach operators wait and greet from the Parking Pro at each terminal: T1, 2ABCD, 2EF, 2G and T3. Orly has Parking Pro car parks across Orly 1 to 4. Name the terminal, not just the airport. A group landing at 2E with a coach at 2G is a long walk and a late start.

CDG is about 30 km from the centre, 45-75 minutes by road; Orly about 18 km, 30-60 minutes. Plan from the upper figure.

The PASS Autocar and the central coach ban

Coach parking in Paris is paid at all hours and requires a PASS Autocar, issued by zone: central (1st-11th arrondissements and Étoile) or peripheral (12th-20th). Tourist coaches have been barred from central Paris since 2024. Set-down relies on 56 on-street coach bays plus hotel and venue vicinities, and the Louvre coach car park is reached via the western quays only.

In practice the hotel shapes the coach plan. Groups at Opéra or Saint-Germain should expect a walk to the vehicle, or smaller vehicles for the hotel leg.

Crit'Air class before price

Since 2025, coaches rated Crit'Air 3, 4, 5 or unclassified are banned inside the A86 from 08:00 to 20:00, every day. That covers every airport run into town and every day-trip departure. Ask for the vehicle's Crit'Air class on the quote; an older coach that cannot enter is no saving.

Porte de Versailles, Villepinte, Porte Maillot

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is in the 15th. Paris Nord Villepinte is one RER stop from CDG, so Roissy-CDG hotels shorten the morning shuttle. The Palais des Congrès sits at Porte Maillot. For incentive days, Versailles is about 20 km out, 30-60 minutes each way.

Match nights at Saint-Denis, Bercy and La Défense

Stade de France, Parc des Princes, Accor Arena at Bercy and Paris La Défense Arena all empty at once. Fix the return pick-up point in writing before kick-off or curtain-up, and give the group a hard departure time. Disneyland Paris, at Marne-la-Vallée, is 45-75 minutes out; a hospitality day there still starts with the Crit'Air check.
