Humberto Delgado: agree the meeting point yourself
Humberto Delgado sits about 9 km from the port, a 15 to 30 minute drive, and has two terminals. ANA, the operator, publishes no official coach or chauffeur meeting point. That puts the burden on planning: agree the exact spot with the operator, share it with every guest before they fly, and name a contact for the group lead. For groups arriving on several flights, confirm which terminal each lands at.
Touring inside the ZER before boarding
On weekdays from 07:00 to 21:00, Lisbon's ZER applies. Zone 1, around Avenida da Liberdade and the Baixa, requires Euro 3 or newer; Zone 2, the wider area inside Av. Ceuta and the Eixo Norte-Sul, requires Euro 2 or newer. A current coach meets both, but confirm it for any older vehicle. A weekend tour falls outside the ZER hours altogether.
Groups extending the stay for a conference at FIL in Parque das Nações or the Centro de Congressos by the river can add those transfers to the same enquiry.
